聂旋，副研究员，2021年6月博士毕业于中国科学技术大学化学与材料科学学院，获得中国科学技术大学优秀毕业生称号。同年进入中国科学技术大学国家微尺度研究中心从事博士后工作，主要研究方向为功能性生物医用材料的设计与应用。
2023年5月加入中国科学技术大学附属第一医院安徽省立医院药学部，现为药学实验室负责人。
目前主要从事纳米药物、精准药物制剂、新型抗肿瘤抗菌制剂研究，共发表SCI论文20余篇（第一作者或通讯作者12篇），申请国家发明专利7项（已授权4项），主持国家自然科学基金委青年项目等3项课题，并以骨干成员参与多个国家自然科学基金面上及重点项目。
